The project aims to spark a movement through students-led advocacy/activism, climate education, and innovation, targeting university students to lead campaigns, propose local solutions, and advocate for Land Restoration from oil pollution, remediation by those who have caused the harm, and sustainable alternatives in their specific Communities.
For this to work, we need collaborations and support in Areas Below:
Human Resources
Local and international Mentors, Facilitators/Trainers (Climate experts, advocacy experts,
storytellers), Media Team, Monitoring & Evaluation Team, On field Volunteers (local only)
Training & Educational Materials
Climate education toolkits, Training manuals (on land restoration, advocacy, Reporting and
innovation), Stationery (pens, notepads, flip charts), handbooks, etc.
Logistics & Operations
Local Event venues (on campus / community halls, Public Address System (PA system +
microphones), Wireless projector, Refreshments, Logistics support for facilitators and
students, Security, etc.
Media & Outreach
Local Video/Audio recording equipment (Camera), Media coverage (local press, student
media, international media), Social media content creation and promotion, Flyers/posters for
awareness, Radio awareness slots, Campaign banners and signage, Branded T-shirts,
Stickers, and handbills
