Our co-founder delivered a keynote speech on the role of youth in climate action.

Today marked a significant milestone for LincGreen Prospect in our climate action journey. The history of the Niger Delta environmental movement began with the Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People (MOSOP), for which many, including Ken Saro-Wiwa, sacrificed their lives. Their fight against the injustices perpetrated by oil companies drew global attention and outrage. It is crucial to join hands with our predecessors in this fight, combining the strength of the young with the wisdom and experience of the old. We had the privilege of being part of a conference in Ogoni land, Rivers State, Nigeria, invited by our esteemed environmentalist leader and current president of MOSOP, Engr. Olu Andah. Our co-founder delivered a keynote speech on the role of youth in climate action. This experience was humbling for us, standing on the same grounds as the heroes of the Niger Delta. Being part of this conference underscored our commitment to sparking an environmental awakening that will trigger innovation and help us navigate a path to prosperity, economic power, and growth beyond oil. Thank you, Engr. Olu Andah, for recognizing our work and for your enduring fight for our generation. Your wisdom and dedication inspire us to continue striving for a better future. #climateaction
